Haj is once in a lifetime obligatory pilgrimage of Muslims to the Holy land of Arafat in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the 9th Day of Zill Haj month of the Hijri Calendar. • Insha-Allah meals will also be served in Mina & Arafat.
• Laundry Service is complimentary.
• Seat by Seat Bus arrangement will be provided for travelling to Mina - Arafat - Mufdalffah during Haj.
• All services start from Jeddah or Madina Airport (your landing point in Saudi Arabia)

• If you travel other than programme and / or Group Dates, individually and / or travel by private Taxi in Saudi Arabia you will incur and pay for additional transportation charge which is also subject to the Rules and Regulation of Ministry of Haj, Saudi Arabia.
• Room service is not available in Azizia.
• Excess Baggage other than weight allowance at the Airport.
• The tour prices and dates are purely subject to availability of Hotels & Airfare and other various components and may change without prior notice.
• Additional Stay other than group will be charged.
• Seperate family room at extra cost.
• Lost luggage is not tour Operators responsibility

• Any person seperating from the Tour will bear the Transport charges and do so at their own responsibility.
• Tour timings and itineraries are subject to change and consequently may be revised at anytime, before or during the tour with or without notice. If cancellation is done in last 30 days before departure 50% of the Tour Cost will be charged as cancellation charges and the balance amount will be refunded after return of Haj Tour from Saudi Arabia.
• If Cancellation is made after stamping of HAJ VISA there will be no refund.
